Don’t Just Take Our Word For It…

Really good cruise, except there is not enough seating below for supper guests. There was a large group many of whom didn’t eat that went directly down below and stayed there throughout. The captain stated seating was a free for all. I would suggest that with a meal ticket that indoor seating should be provided, or at least during meal time that non eating guests be asked to vacate their seats in favour of those that are eating. Our cruise was quite windy, the staff were fantastic. The food was ok, nothing too special. While my steak was undercooked, the salmon and chicken were excellent. We really enjoyed our cruise, it didn’t go a great distance, but was nonetheless quite scenic. What we were really disturbed with was the indemnity waiver that was online. We did not sign it and would not, but no one checked so all good.

One of the best things to do in Kelowna is cruising the lake! Very professional staff, friendly and PUNCTUAL! We enjoyed our tour around the lake. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

A group of us went on the 3:00pm cruise on Saturday, June 15th. Two us had pre-ordered bottles of wine (one white and one red). Four of us split the white wine and after a while, I went to the bar and asked the tender if we could have the second bottle. She asked me if I could collect the four glasses from the previous bottle so I brought them to her. I looked away and when I looked back, she was pouring the red wine into the same glasses as the white wine, without so much as a quick rinse! Who does that? I had no idea whose glass was whose so we had to take our chances. How tacky and unhygienic, let alone the fact that the wine cost $50.00 per bottle! I suggest that you train your staff properly on the importance of hygiene and appropriate professionalism, Captain Mike Reddecliff. You certainly have room for improvement. To everyone else, I’m quite positive that there are better ways to spend almost $200.00 for two people while in Kelowna.
